diet - may contain traces of nuts lol
or i should say sensible eating program, but it's a diet. i got weighed today after 6 days and lost 3.9kg. pretty good. i must be strong for the coming week although i don't expect to lose that much each week. it would be nice but hardly healthy or usual.
i saw the grandchildren this arvo, they are well and happy. we had a nice visit. going to see kim tomorrow and take her some dvds to watch.
great to see so much rain. good for the garden. no new agapanthus buds yet but i was good and went for a walk this morning.

ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of weight to lose in such a small amount of time. It probably wouldn't be healthy for you to lose that much every week. Take it slowly and I'm sure you'll get to your target weight.
What can also help is to use visualisation also. At night just before you go to sleep, concentrate on a vision of yourself at the weight you want to be. If you can keep this practice up for about two weeks it will become a very powerful force in your life to achieve what you want.

ReplyDeletehi princess, gee that is a bit of weight in the first week. they say after the first week it is acceptable to loose 1/2 to 1 k a week. we have had heaps of rain in the last 48 hrs, hopefully the catcment area's will have got a fair bit as well. "smiles"

ReplyDeleteWell done to you...I take it you are on a program of some sort to be going in for a weigh...Me i`m doing it on my own and no scales are allowed...lol...I have been good though this last week....The rain has been great but it`s nice to see the sun out today as I was able to get out and do some chores in the garden....

Yep that is a great start to a diet hope you continue to lose a steady about each week but not to much as that wouldn't be healthy.

Hi there, Now lets be sensible, no diets allowed, change of eating plan....you should be aiming for 1kg weight lose a week and then you are on target.....go for it girl..keep it up change the food habits with no less then 20 minutes exercise and you have under control....Good Luck

Hi again, Visualization, Rudy's comment...bloody hell Rudy, I am helping you with your blog and you come up with visualization.....so correct....visualize yourself being slimmer and it really does help.

1kg a week is what you should be aiming for....LOL
