24 hours of hell

no internet and no home phone.  how did i survive this terrible ordeal?  i'm joking of course.  although i did feel a little cut off from the world.  i have unlimited calls on my mobile so it was all ok.  the technician just left and it was a fault at the exchange.  what did i do before the internet?  oh yes, i had a life.  i've just started watching dowton abbey.  i'm up to series 2.  i now see what all the fuss is about. it's great.

    The days before the internet - can remember what I used to do, but then I was working then and not retired as I am now.
    We are waiting for the NBN!
    Downton Abbey, seems you haven't watched it before.
    I'm re watching it on Netflix and have finished Series 5, now have to wait for Series 6 (which I have seen to the very end) to be put on, will be awhile.

      i can hardly remember what i did before the internet and of course i worked until a year or so ago. i love downton abbey. i can't wait until shirley maclain comes into it. hope you are well Margaret

    If my house is clean, it is a sign i am procrastinating from other more painful work. When i was studying at uni, my house was very clean, especially around assignment due dates.
