it hurts

i've hurt my back and it's very painful.  i didn't want to go to the doctor because what can he do?  he said it's probably muscle damage and will take a while to heal.  i am taking an anti inflammatory and panadol because i can't take codeine.  it's doesn't feel quite as bad today.  i've wrapped presents for the last hour and a bit and have taken the turkey out of the freezer.  i'm about to go to the supermarket and get a few last minute things.  i am going to make a potato salad later.

    Sorry to hear that you are in pain. I have backache too. I use heat packs. They help. Hope you survive the Christmas chores

      hi Margaret and Diane. it still hurts but it's responding to panadol and ibuprofen now. hopefully it will get better soon :)

    i am sorry you are facing so much pain my friend, i really wish ,hope and pray that may God bless yuo with perfect health and peace soon ,i too am dealing with multiple diseases and pains stil life is beautiful with gratitude as whatever i have (half glass of water) is enough to make me content and happy and what is lacking i see others who don't have even as i have so feel blessed ,stay strong and positive you be fine my friend
