i went to my first class last night and was pleasantly surprised that i could keep up and only had difficulty with a few poses. it doesn't seem to be the traditional poses that i am used to (downward dog etc). i slept soundly and didn't want to get up. that's a good sign.

    Itried yoga once and never went back....I`m just not that flexible....lol

  2. You are doing well! Yoga is something that I've though about doing a lot.

    I used to do Tai Chi about 25 years ago, and found that quite a good way to slooooow down and de-stress.

    I may have to do more than think about it I think!
